Returns & Exchange Policy

At Enchantopia Nepal, each piece is thoughtfully curated and carefully inspected before it reaches you. While we hope every order exceeds your expectations, we understand that adjustments may occasionally be needed.


Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted only under the following circumstances:

  • The product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The request is made within 24 hours of delivery

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition, with all tags, packaging, and protective materials intact

To help us serve you better, we kindly request clear unboxing photos or videos as part of the review process.


Items Not Eligible

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Products showing signs of use or wear

  • Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery

  • Requests made beyond the 24-hour window

  • Sale or discounted items (unless received damaged or incorrect)


Exchange Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

  • If the requested item is unavailable, a store credit or alternative option may be offered

  • Exchange shipping fees may apply unless the issue originated from our side


Return & Refund Policy

  • Approved returns due to damaged or incorrect items will be eligible for a refund or store credit

  • Refunds are processed via the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the case

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are refunded through bank transfer or store credit

Please allow 5–7 business days after approval for refund processing.


Shipping Responsibility

  • If the return or exchange is due to an error on our part, Enchantopia Nepal will manage the return logistics

  • For all other approved exchanges, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer


Quality Review

All returned items undergo a careful quality inspection. Enchantopia Nepal reserves the right to decline returns or exchanges that do not meet our eligibility standards.
